Excellent question! Here at Lincoln Pet Parlor we strive to provide the best and safest groom we possibly can. We understand that it can be hard to find a groomer to fit your needs. We try and be the best choice on factors such as price, skill, integrity, availability, and communication. We hope that our efforts make us the right fit for you and your furry family member! We understand that we may not be the best fit for everyone’s individual needs, but if we don’t think we are a good fit, we at least try and suggest where we think you will find the groomer for you!

How long should i expect my appointment to take?

For most appointments, we expect our services to take between 2 and 4 hours, but it is tough to give an accurate estimate without having specifics about the services, and the dog’s specific temperament. For your dogs first time here, it would be good to expect them to be here for at least four hours as we tend to take our time and make sure your dog is comfortable in the new environment.

should I wait for my dog to be finished?

No. The grooming process takes at least two hours for small dogs that are familiar with our facility and who trust us to groom them. As much as we love our customers, there are lots of better ways to spend your time than hanging out in our lobby. The dogs also tend to listen to us better, and be less reactive when they know you are not here. You are, of course, welcome to stay, but it is not recommended.
